Every business ships differently. We customize your dashboard to fit your shipping processes, so your team can see the costs, performance measures and issues that matter to your operation. Savings priced from your own shipments

We estimate savings using what you paid for comparable shipments with the same carrier, service, zone and weight. If there is not enough comparable data, we flag the opportunity without assigning a savings amount. Each estimate shows how many shipments it is based on.

Open a savings card to see the issue, recommended action, calculation and example packages. You can export the supporting shipments to CSV.

Honest about coverage

The portal shows the months of data available and the basis for annual estimates. Prior-period comparisons appear only when that period is fully covered. Missing fields, including delivery dates, are identified.

What is parcel shipping analytics?

Parcel shipping analytics turns carrier invoice data into a detailed view of shipping costs and performance. It includes spend by service and account, surcharges, cost per package, dimensional weight, zones and delivery times. The findings help you evaluate packaging, address, service, routing and carrier changes.

How is this different from the reports my carrier already gives me?

ebb Logic™ combines UPS, FedEx and LTL data in one format so you can compare costs across carriers. It also estimates savings using similar shipments from your own history and identifies where the available data is insufficient for a calculation.

What shipping data does the platform analyze?

Carrier invoice files at line level: every package’s service, zone, billed and actual weight, dimensions, surcharge lines, discounts, ship and invoice dates, destination, and for FedEx the delivery date. For LTL, a TMS shipment export with carrier, lane, cost, accessorials, class, pallet size, skids and weight. Order or warehouse extracts can be layered in for packaging work but are not needed to start.

Which parcel carriers does the platform support?

UPS and FedEx invoice data and LTL freight from TMS exports are live today. USPS, DHL eCommerce, OnTrac and Amazon appear in the carrier strip as not connected until their billing formats are loaded, so the view shows the whole bill rather than only the carriers already on file.

Can I analyze UPS and FedEx data in one dashboard?

Yes. UPS and FedEx records use a common format so you can compare spend by month, service family, zone, weight, destination and account. Where source files lack a field such as delivery date, the portal identifies that gap.

Can it integrate with our ERP or warehouse management system?

We start with carrier invoice files and TMS exports, so a direct integration is not required. Order and WMS extracts can add detail for packaging and cost-per-order analysis. Tables export to CSV, and a data feed to your reporting tools can be arranged.

Can we get alerts when shipping costs change?

Yes. Alerts cover discount thresholds, new surcharges, cost per package, dimensional weight, service use, LTL reweighs and reclassifications, fuel, unusual charges and claim deadlines. They can be sent by email, Slack, Microsoft Teams or webhook. Thresholds are set for your account, and cost checks update as billing data arrives.

Can shipping analytics identify surcharges and billing anomalies?

Yes. Every surcharge line is classified and totaled, the largest are listed with how often they were billed, and repeat drivers such as a ZIP code corrected sixty-eight times are traced back to the address. Separately, any package billed more than 2.2 standard deviations above your typical cost for the same carrier, service, zone and weight band is flagged with the charges that put it there.

What parcel shipping KPIs can I track?

Service spend, surcharge spend, average cost per shipment and per pound, dimensional weight share, average zone, time in transit and two-day delivery share, spend by billing account, service family and destination state, and for LTL the cost per hundredweight, carrier minimums, freight class and density. Each is shown for the period selected and against the prior period when the invoices cover it.

How quickly can we start seeing insights?

The portal is typically ready within a week of receiving your billing files. Our team loads the data and walks you through the findings. There is no software for your team to install.

How secure is our shipping and invoice data?

Each customer’s data is stored under its own customer record and is only ever shown to that customer’s logins. Nothing from one shipper is used in another shipper’s view, and the portal never shows the contract terms or rate cards behind a bill, only what was paid. Access is by individual login with password recovery, over HTTPS.

Can reports be customized for finance, operations and executive users?

Yes. Views cover executive summaries, savings recommendations, packaging, services, accounts and invoices. Users can filter shipment details, export tables to CSV and print pages to PDF. We can discuss additional reports for your team's requirements.

What is the difference between parcel analytics and parcel audit?

Parcel analytics identifies possible changes to packaging, addresses, services, routing and carrier mix. Parcel audit checks whether billed charges match your agreement and identifies eligible refunds. ebb Logistics provides both and reports audit results separately from other savings opportunities.
