FedEx Standard List Rates for Ground and Home Delivery in the contiguous US, effective January 5, 2026. Published rates are the base every discount is applied to, and they rise each January. A fixed discount on a rising base does not keep your cost flat. The net rate here excludes fuel, which is added after the discount, and excludes accessorials, which usually sit outside the discount entirely.

What is rate lookup?

A published ground rate is the undiscounted list price for a given weight and zone. It is the number every negotiated discount is applied to. Published rates rise each January, so a fixed discount percentage on a rising base does not keep your cost flat. Looking up the published rate is the first step in knowing what a discount is really worth.
