Our Future Partnership
If you choose to proceed with ebb Logistics after the evaluation process, the following outlines the steps and associated costs for the services provided.
Step 1
Both parties will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that specifies the information to be protected from dissemination and outlines the restrictions on its usage.Step 2
ebb Logistics will receive your billing files in .csv format weekly to perform advanced analytics.Step 3

How is ebb Logistics Compensated?
ebb Logistics will invoice for services rendered in a fair and transparent manner, based on a percentage of savings obtained from the carrier agreement. This ensures that our invoicing process is aligned with your cost-saving goals.

- ABC Company employed ebb Logistics services for contract negotiations.
- Negotiation netted ABC Company an additional 20% in parcel rates.
ABC Company’s annual parcel spend = $250k
Additional 20% annual parcel savings = $50k - ebb Logistics will invoice 40 % of that 20 % savings ($384.62 weekly)
- ABC Company will enjoy 60 % of that 20 % savings ($576.92 weekly)

- All other savings obtained before our engagement are not calculated in the consulting fee.
- Only what is negotiated and obtained is part of the consulting fee.
- ebb Logistics will manage the contract and perform billing audits to ensure contract compliance throughout the agreement’s life.

We are not against you informing the carrier about our involvement. However, this will alter the negotiation dynamics, as the local carrier sales representative will be sidelined, and you will now negotiate directly with representatives from the carrier’s corporate office. WHY? Because of YOUR enhanced understanding of YOUR shipping profile, the carrier now must manage the process more closely.
