DHL eCommerce Peak Surcharges (2025–2026)

DHL eCommerce announced its Peak Surcharge 2025–2026 schedule for U.S. shippers. The surcharges will be in effect from October 5, 2025, through January 17, 2026.

Effective Period

• Applies to Domestic, Returns, and International services.
• Dates: Oct 5, 2025 – Jan 17, 2026.

Domestic SmartMail Surcharges

• Ground & Expedited (all weights)
  • Zones 1–8: $0.62
  • Zones 11–13: $0.67
• Parcel Plus Ground & Expedited
  • 0–3 lb: $0.62 (Zones 1–8), $0.67 (Zones 11–13)
  • 4–10 lb: $0.77 (Zones 1–8), $1.07 (Zones 11–13)
  • 11–25 lb: $1.07 (Zones 1–8), $1.57 (Zones 11–13)
• Bound Printed Matter
  • Zones 1–8: $0.32
  • Zones 11–13: $0.67–$1.57 depending on weight

Return Surcharges

• Parcel Return Light
  • Zones 1–4: $0.30
  • Zones 5–8: $0.35
• Parcel Return Ground
  • 0–3 lb: $0.30–$0.35
  • 4–10 lb: $0.45–$0.75
  • 11–25 lb: $0.75–$1.25
  • 26–70 lb: $3.00–$5.50
• Parcel Return Plus
