UPS Implementing a Surge Fee

UPS has introduced a temporary $0.29 per pound “Surge Fee” on shipments from China, Hong Kong, and Macau to the U.S. Effective March 16-29, the surcharge is applied based on billable weight and is subject to UPS’ fuel surcharge.
