USPS Lowering On-Time Delivery Targets in 2025
The U.S. Postal Service (USPS) has published its 2025 Performance Targets by Service.
The agency is reducing its on-time delivery targets for First-Class Mail in the 2025 fiscal year, as stated in a November 29 filing with the Postal Regulatory Commission.
These adjustments are due to previous on-time performance failures from the past as shown in agency data
The reduction is different depending on the service
